"The Casualiers"
If you can remember back to the late 1950's, early 1960's, here on Long Island we had
"The Group"! Arnold Davis, James "Jinx" Johnson, Mike Furr, Milton DuBois, Eddie Ward and
Jr "Slick" Love. They were "The Casualiers"!
There was no need to buy a record by anybody else, they gave us all the music, that an
ear could handle. And the routines! That's where The Temptations got theirs from.
Talking about "smooth".... it didn't come any smoother than this!
Eddie Ward and "Slick" are going to give us their view on what the music business
was like in the late 1950's. Check back with us!
